This is an artist-produced limited edition portfolio,
consisting of fifteen original Cuban stamps and fifteen
14 x 11 inches gelatin silver prints. Presented in a custom-made
archival portfolio box, which includes an artist's statement in English and Spanish and
essays by Robert J.Loescher, Professor, Department of Art History,
Theory and Criticism, School of The Art Institute of Chicago; and
Robert A. Sobieszek, Curator of Photography at the Los Angeles
County Museum of Art. In an edition of fifteen + five Artist's
Proofs, 1991-92.
